Some javascript/style in this post has been disabled (why?)

Hi everyone,

I am a new user just getting started.  I tried to download the iTouch software from the App Store and it says that it is no longer available.  Is there an iPhone app?  Thanks, Carl

Hi Carl,

It is called 'Chandler Quick Entry,' at least that is the one I use.
It works well but is missing a few things that would make it more
useful.

Good luck,

Brian

I have the same issue as reported by Carl - attempting to download the Chandler iPhone Quick Entry application gives an error 'the application you tried to buy is no longer available'. Does Jeffrey Harris subscribe to this list, or is there some other way to reach him so that this can be fixed?
Thanks
Patrick

Actually it's not available in the app store..   I went to re-download
it yesterday.  I went to the main chandler hub page and click the
"iphone" which jumped to the app store on my phone.  The app details
loaded up with the screenshot..  However when I clicked "install" the
phone spun it's wheels and gave me a "this app is no longer available"
message.

Perhaps whoever has the dev account w/ apple may have had their keys
expiring? (I just had to renew mine two weeks ago)

Thanks to Edward for the suggestion.

The bug is now reported, <https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12865>.
