1. Start
2. Run
3. gpedit.msc
4. User Configuration
5. Administrative Templates
6. System
7. Prevent access to registry editing tools
8. Right Click Properties
9. Disabled

*you can either set the property to "Not Configured", "Enabled" or "Disabled".
