a regular whose k day is monday works the saturday before it, what is he supposed to get?

He gets a day's pay for working, and a day's pay for the holiday.

should this be coded h or v and could you please explain the differance thanks

Should be coded V.  V is holiday worked.  H is holiday not worked.
