grass svn request

[Laura Toma]

Hi,

I wanted to ask for svn write access to the  main grass trunk.  I  
have made some changes to the iostream library, and it would be  
easier for me to upload them directly than email the files.  I have  
read and will abide by the legal aspects of code contributions.

Also, if  access to the main trunk does not imply access to the  
addons, could I get access to the addons as well.

I guess officially it does imply that, but technically it is a different
box to remember to click.

I'm happy for Laura to have write access to the SVN. I hope that means  
that she will be able to do more than just fix this one piece.  
Terraflow is an important component of GRASS and it's good to have the  
author actively involved.

I think it will be a big incentive for improvements and maintenance to
r.terraflow etc. if Laura is able to make changes herself.

I am +1 to grant write access to Laura. She already contributed over
the last years.
