/git/pkg-grass directory available

Hi

I created a /git/pkg-grass empty directory for using Git if anyone
would prefer that to host DebianGis related packages. You will need to
create a bare repository there as explained in

http://wiki.debian.org/Alioth/Git

I exclude to migrate current svn repository to git because most people
is still familiar with subversion.
