Could someone word a resolution to require usps to present mail to carriers as we get paid for evaluation? Our dps used to be run in our office and during count they ran every letter size piece they could. Then they took our dps back to gmf to run and now they give us A LOT of letters sorted with flats. If I'm getting paid for a letter present it to me as a letter.
