While Audacity has no affiliation with resellers, it remains perfectly legal for
others to modify Audacity and/or resell it (on the web or elsewhere) providing
they:
1 - distribute the source code under the same General Public License (GPL)
as ourselves, or make a written offer to do so
2 - include a copy of the GPL
