here  i have wrote my ideas for a choose your own adventure

please have a look at my manual and then my story ideas  choose one and comment, please
'
so i may know how to improve it

been writing this for over 8 months now.

MANUAL

FIGHTING RULES

Battling stage was though of if I turn this into a game like World of Xeen where a dice deduce who goes first  ect……
In a battle one must deduce who goes first
This is determined by speed for every 5 points of speed higher than the other you get one action , then determine if you missed or hit  according to your accuracy throw a dice for every one is ten , so 5 is 50 if your accuracy  higher you hit if  not missed unless it says so you may be asked to throw two dice.
If you hit you must determine how much hit points you can take away from the other and for every 10 points of might add 1 to the damage.
Luck must lastly be calculated  throw a dice and if luck was higher it will always be  a direct hit  with full hit points  if lower minus 5  per  10 on total accuracy points.
When endurance and any armour goes to zero the person dies , and the other wins.
That is every 10 damage = -1 endurance  and amour class 1 damage is 1 armour class.
Resistance
For every 1type  damage equals to  10 damage lightning
10 damage magic
8  fire damage
8 wind damage
8 water damage
8 earth damage
5 acid  damage
2 poison damge


1resistance equals 1  resistance of damage.

Talents  ( as long as 3 people can do it the rest can follow)
Swimming
Arms Mastery - add 2 damage to weapon damage
Mountain climbing
Path finding
Danger Sense
Pick lock - add 5 accuracy
Climbing

CHARACTER BUILDING
Race
Their are many types of race depending on the world you are in, in tori their are five main groups the human , the elves , the gnome, the Dwarves, and the half -orc.
Human; main population are these and have small resistance to magic.
elves; they are tall slender and have more resistance than human to magic, and are expert in many form of magic .
Gnomes; are magical creatures good at casting spells with well adapted senses to the natural world around them, however they are smaller in size tha dwarves,
Dwarves; are short and stocky and tough with resistance to many poisons
Half-Orc crossed between a human and an orc making them a tough competitor and are bulky in size


Only pick so many characters to play with out of list on bottom    
        I was thinking maybe 9-15 characters a game

Characters

Master Steward- M Jeremy 45 H
1.Midaz Touch  1. Trident- eminates an intense pulse of enegy
Head of the lands defense, usually from a nobleman family, an aristocrat. matured fighter with plenty of experience, can inflict as much damage points  as a knight and trained in archery.

Story -  when he was young lad he meet a  girl who asked for help for some money to eat, being of aristocracy he saw her as a street rat and just rode away, what he didn’t know was that it was one of the faiths testing him. Later that day the same girl shows up and revealed her true self then she stated to him “ You still don’t regret your ways I shall make you humble, you just rode away from me when I asked for help, you would not even part with one gold piece, you love your wealth so much, you shall give you the golden touch.

But because of this you shall lose your father after a hording party will ravage his village and then again you shall lose your wife by a illness, she will contract then lose your son to a war he was conscripted due to a great war.

Now he knows of only loss and loneliness though out his years, but he became a fair and caring leader. His pain is what makes him a great warrior and nothing else to loss makes him dangerous enemy.

Champion Knight-M Kristopher 36 H
Non-Magical White Dragons Armour- able to repeal extra ordinary amount of force,
 no damage inflicted at any time, unless magical and only a quarter damage from elemental attacks.
are the strongest and yet the best fighters in the world, they know how to use any weapon  and can use any armour thus able to dish out more damage points than anyone else. but cannot cast any spells





Paladin Crusader- M James 30 H - 200 SP
1.Repulsion 2.Energy Balls
1.Aura Sword -  Sword made of soul magic able to cut throught any barrier.
are a good fighter, they can wear and use any weapon and armour and are able to cast cleric and priestess spells

Story -born without a father he soon became a paige for a local knight of the time he then advanced his training as a knight being born into a wealthy land owning family. He has another brother who now thinks to become a knight like him and two other sisters whom he loved as dearly as his mother soon he was appointed as a paladin and went on a exhausting crusade
In the crusade his fellow paladin who died in his arms gave him his sword to remember him by
To date he serves his country proud of his accomplishments.

Master Archer- M Ryan 32 H -200 SP  
1.Thunder Bolt 2. Electric Field 1. Dyna Bow. magical bow using hand gestures and makes infinite arrows.
equal to a paladin but dont wear heavy armour so they can be more manourable, they usually armed with an arrow and bow  and cast mage wizards and soccerers spells

Story - As a boy he has experience in hunting due to him being the only son of a great archer who also followed his fathers and his fore fathers footstep as a master archer. He had a lot to live up to being thirtieth generation archer he wielded his skills and became proficient in his accuracy at times showing off at carnivals and fairs held at their county.

As he himself joint the illustrious group as master archer of the realm his father gave him a special bow which was handed down fore many generation. And till today he carrys this weapon proudly.  

Master Thief- F Sarah 34 Dwarf - 200 SP
1.Destortion 2. Sheild of Saturn
for stealth they wear only light armour always carrying a sheild thus one armed weaqpons are used by  a  theif and cannot cast any spells

Story- as long as he can remember he was living of the streets stealing what he could to survive
He developed many skills for survival and along the way he acquired a small trove of items he stolen throughout the years one of which was stolen from a centaur which is able to shield one person from any harm against any weapons even those endowed with powers or otherwise.

As he became master thief he learned an art masterful that makes him even more impossible to be catch by the power of distortion where he is able to distort a solid object and pass through it.
 
Barbarian Warrior- M Jason 34 Half-Orc
Non-Magical
is nearly equal to a knight and wears the heaviest armour to protect himself and can use any weapons and uses a shield, although a non spell caster.

Story - being a family of only brothers and having a king for a father meant he had to strive to be the best, fighting for the crown sadly being the sibling of four brothers he is weaker and smaller than the rest and his second eldest brother won the throne. Striving to be like his father he developed his body and mind and he grew up a powerful fighter and soon became the right hand man of the newly elected king.

Non-Magical
A warrior well adapted to nature and well versed in weapons. willing to die for his clan and most unlikely to retreat in any battle, agile and  has stealth of a thief  with a warriors heart

Tribal Sharman- M Jared 43 H - 1000 SP
1.Sacrifice 2. Mass Distortion 3.Possession
Healer well liked and reveared by its people  and not only use magic but also a  warrior in their  clan and very intelligent for he is seeked for guidance by others.

LoneWolf- M Alex 37 H - 1000 SP
1.Necromancing 2. Soul Drinker 3. Make Door  
An outcast who decide to be an outkast who relies on himself learning to defend himself both by brute force and magic of such power.

Master Prophet- M  Vincent 33 H - 1000 SP
1.Blind Faith  2.Reliquish 3.Beleive
A man who travels the land helping people like a wizard only it’s more of a spiritual quest, spreading his belief to others and gathering believers to religion.

Master Cleric- F Catherine 80 Elvan - 800 SP
1. Fire Aura 2. Destroy Undead 3. Mind Blast.
Aren’t allowed to use a missile type weapon they wear light armour and has about twice the amount of spell points from a paladin.Cleric spells are mostly religious .


Before you say anything soccerer wizards and mages are different and not just one

Wizard – learns to be one, travels land learns from nature helps people and animals alike like a prophet. But not religious to a god but to many gods.

Soccerer – must be born and at time may learn if was destined to be one can’t just come from anywhere in the street and become one.

Mages- learned by a structured study in an institution like a school  and never through experiencing it by themselves but learns by written and learns by repeating an action or a chant.

If any more confusion on anything else such as cleric – born and devoted  and
priestess – learned and devoted to a wise women- borned male or female in the covenant  and witch practioner – learned or destined  and practice the craft on their own  spare time  tell me  so I can clear it up


Master Socerer- M Micheal 500 H -1000 SP
1. Armageddon 2.Starburst 3.Implosion.
Were born or destined to be a soccerer and learns by a guild or school are weak fighters but are as inteligent as can be they wear robes and use daggers , usually carrying a staff, Sorcerers have one of the most destructive spells.

Great WIzard- M Shawn 800 Gnome - 1000 SP
1. Transfiguration 2.Super Shelter 3.Divine Intervention.      
Same as a socerer he is born or destined and taught but they are taught to wonder nature and learn from it , usually a man who travels the land studying nature and helping those who occupy the lands whether man or animal, usually taught or destined to live a life of sacrifice.

Arch Mage- F Marie 300 H - 1000 SP
1,Dragons Breath 2.Enslave 3.Elemental Storm
A person taught magic exclusively in a magic school and advances as he gains experience in magic and it’s consequences.

Arch Druid-  M Lucas 240 H - 1000 SP
1.Meteor Strike 2.Dark Hole 3.Astral Projection
Born or destined to be a druid and only uses nature and uses only light armour and weapons they are in tune with the world, they are able  to use cleric, wizard, mage and soccerers spells.

Master Sage- M Shane 1200 Gnome - 1000 SP
1. Decay 2.Mind Wipe 3. Capture  
A man who devotes themselves to learning natural and magical lore, who then becomes an advisor to some and a teacher to others.  .



Alchemist Warrior- M Riley 150 H
1. Turn to Stone 2. Dragons Skin 3.Youth
A warrior who learned to use natural material to tap into magic, studying for over a century he has learned many general and unknown magic. And as a warrior he learned armsmastery.

Witch Practitioner-F Anna 1200 H -100 SP
1.Dark Containment  2.Time Freeze 3. Eradicate
are both a naturalist and well adapted to magic, they do all spell of cleric, soccerer and druid spells, they wear robes and uses wands.

Gypsy Elder- F Ruth 2200 H 3000 SP
1.Soul Stealer 2.Regenerate 3.Body Snatcher
The oldest of the gypsy an elder thought through time and due to the use of the technique of body switch he has a young and powerfull warriors body.







Master Heretic- M Tom 200 H - 1000 SP
1. Dark Orb 2. Light Orb 3.Hellfire  
A legendary warrior cast out for exterentisity and wild nature, traveling outer realms he learned power and magic unknown to many by people he meet throughout his life.

Head Monk- M Corey 90 H - 500 SP

Man who lives by nature and his spiritual belief, learning defensive spells his order is formidable  

Ninja Warrior- M Ash 49 H - 800 SP

A clans warrior who is well trained in self defense and of stealth and accuracy of a thief

Man who is hired to find killers and murderers for a payment

Master Rogue- M Ben 29 H - 1000 SP
1.True Copy 2.Magnify
A man who is on the run, some sort of thief and killer gaining power by dark magic. Equal to mater thief but is being hunted for a fortune he acquired.

Master Tracker - F Amanda 46 Elven  800 SP
1. 2.Titans Eye
He learned maps and throughout his life he learned to hunt at the same place bounty hunters are taught  but then is  taught all forms of tracking and not only human subjects, he is then tested in survival skills.

Ranger Lord- M Malcom 38 H - 800 SP

A hunter who lives and breathes nature gaining power, usually a land owner of sort.

Master Illusionist- M Peter 31 H 800 SP

 A man of magic  mostly basic magic and high end illusions where the magic isn’t real but believable to others .

Mystic Seer - F Darla 39 - 800 SP

Being a mystic gives her powerfull spells her main power is to see the future and what the future brings is bleak with powers over spiritiual and natural magic gives her the power to change the future and for the better.

High Priestess - F Celes 48 H - 500 SP

A women of the cloth, who devoted her life to her faith and with this comes spiritual magic


Wise Women- F Kara 1000 H - 500 SP
1.Telekenisis 2.Mind Resistance
A bunch of women who learns about natural healing and learning how nature can be infused with their life, they explore not only the good aspect of nature but also it’s destructive forces.

Prologue
The council began with the thirteen members sitting down in their places, each with a crown and sceptre being the kings and queens of the land known as Tori. The land was known for its past of wealth and prosperity, a wealth of knowledge, which is nothing to in comparison to the vast amount of gold which fills it’s treasury.
In the great hall stood over a thousand people representatives of tori  from far and wide, from every walk of life comes a champion which are to embark on  this crucial quest
The council member to the left of the fully bearded man said “as you all know why we are here, our realm are not as it used to be, our realm is a disgrace, everything has been destroyed our waters are contaminated and our lands has been desecrated to the point that nothing won’t grow, there isn’t anything left for us here, everything  has been obliterated and we are guarded to the destruction as we thought.
Then the elderly looking woman started talking. “We as the great council has enough magic to counter balance what has happened, which unfortunate too many other lands weren’t prepared. All records to what has happened have been lost and now we alone stands as guardian of this land. it has been prophesied that the great tori will be once more brought back to our lands to repair all that has been destroyed and once more will we be a happy and prosperous race.”
The thirteen man and women held up their septor and the eldest of them said these keep us safe from the wave of destruction which still emanates from the hills above us. but these gems can only keep us safe for only so long and we don’t know how long will that be. So we have devised a way of correcting everything.
No one knows how or what had happened or who did it, we believe it was the destroyer a powerful conjurer who meddle with a great power which caused the wave destruction
We can send you on your way for a quest to learn all you can and somehow stop what happend
One year to find out all you can and try and stop the destruction for our faith lies with you .

111 Dragons Rage Gorgon
you have been transported to a place where it seems that giants may live . around you are two great walls and it stretches to the heavens , the only souce of light is the one conjured by Michael and Lucas  two orbs spining around each other producing quite a bright light., then you saw writings on the great wall as tall as a person would be , thus you abandoned your theory of giants living their . but then a great wind fell upon your group and you were all scattered some where blown as far as 20 meters away with this great wind came a defening scream  you all got back up and regrouped
you found this a little hard for when you all got thrown the light went out.

As the light goes on you are transported to a great hall which looked like a temple,you are trespassing not only that you are preparing to fight said a petite woman all dressed in  a silk ground o one has ever tred on these great halls with drawn weapons for over a millenia,

Now you must prove yourself to be worthy of our presence, Now is the trail by fire and nine  men appeared around your party, they are called thew Sidth a gret warrior of fire,  then each made a sign with their hands and chanted , as the chant progress their bodies burst out in fire and started to approach you one for each , you must fight
 


as you beat the sidth warriors you are faced with the lady of the realm , she says now i will test your endurance, you are to stand your ground and must fight to stand on the line on the ground , you may use anything to stay on the line, even if you aren't able, you can still try to move foward towards the line until I  stop  you must now endure the dragons rage.

Please line up and I will begin soon , she took a deep breath then she opened her mouth a force to be reckon with and an earth shattering scream hit everyone in your party , you all struggled to stay on the line on the ground the noise and the full force of the dragons rage lasted over an hour. as she stopped  only one of you were outside the line on the ground, she said congratualations to the eight of you
as you looked as each other the ninth member of your party lucas was frozen where he stands then an ice formation covered his body till it was a few meters thick .  


112 The Destroyer? felton
Randomly you have been taken to a realm known as the land of felton , where the firt person you see is a a women who was carrying a big basin on her head . she gasp as she sees you appear and says as she came nearer and nearer to you that you must come with her to the temple .

She whispers to you it’s a terrible tale: so many are afraid of his power , we call him the destroyer ,he destroys lands and towns which oppose him with a  stroke of his hand . it is fabled that an old tribes member saw how he destroyed towns all he does is get a map of the town and put his hand over it with concentration he creats this clouds of smoke  like mist around  the city town and encloses it . and a gesture of his hand he closes his palm and says an incantation and once he open his palm again , in the town  there is nothing left man or woman child or animal every living thing vanished as if they fled for their lives but nothing else is touched . I ‘ve been to such a town it is cold and eerie even throught theier is sunlight. It fells like the town was cursed.
After hearing this you asked yourself is this the destroyer the great council of tori spoke of who caused all the destruction , his power seemed to have been what had destroyed things only it destroyed everything in it’s path which caused you you to doubt it and how coulds he spread his power over a whole realm and effect countless others to the brink of  destruction.

"I am the right hand of the god Bask, ruler of all felton, what is your purpose to entering these land, do you seek Bask's power." "If you do we will be more than willing to accomodate such  request  but to earn a way in to the sanctum of our god you must now show us what you can do." you must fight twelve monks by power only which eliminates two of your party the knight and barbarian who cannot cast spells.

now you defeated the monks you are now in the secret sanctum, you are faced with  meeting  the legendary Bask, then when you faced with him  you are filled with shock for the same women who was bringing the basin full of blood was Bask, she porpusely came to meet you . I know you are intrigued by my power if you are are intelectual enought you can learn my power,  'Iam a great judge of character and i know you wont missuse such a power friviously.

You are transported to a pit 7 hundered feet in diameter, there is a  platform to the far east and you make your way to it .When you reach it you were surprised by a man a bit bulky in size who came from your blind side  to the left. He says welcome to jerichos  warzone what may I do for you  would you like to train  or fight

Here at the warzone are Jericho which seems to mean teacher , teaching skills of speed, As you all looked at each other, he shows you his power he ran at sonic speed and you all was surprise with a man with that bulk could move so fast . he says now train with me for a week and you will learn to be faster thus you can make a multiple movements withn one movement. you all train for a week all your meals was provided and by the end of the week you were able to master speed  add 20 points to your speed and 500 experience points .

Jericho speed allowed you to stay a little longer to visit the great castle of Jericho where all Jericho lived, you meet all the Jericho and wished you could study further but you only had  a year to stop the destruction, You meet an interesting Jericho in the library of Jericho he can stretch every part of him to stretch far apart  he stretched to the top of the library shelf were he extracted a book , which he gave to you.
It’s a key he says to any lock in the world this will come in handy for your quest I hope your luck the once a page is ripped from the book it can be put upon any lock and it will open it has 1000 pages for 1000 locks which will come in handy if you don’t know how to pick lock , not only that it neutralises any magic on the lock so any traps and curses are rendered useless.

Your time here iis nearly done one more trip to the kitchaens for fresh supplies for 40 days food and off you went using the orb of power

198. Fire and Ice setra
the orb takes you to an intresting world after  al it is a land of  ice and fire one side of the realm is devoted to fire and the other side ice and in the middle stands a great staue of a man with  a word curved into it as to mean fire the other a women with a word curved beneath it which must mean ice for they pointed to their king oms they wore  great crowns and were holding hands.

A man says  hello stranger welcome to lord fire and queens ice’s land we qre devoted followers of both fire ands ice . would you like tp meet our ruler they are where we are going it was said that any one new must meet the rukers and be registered before you can join anything or visit anywhere the ice or fire takes you. Oh don’t worry they are off good temped and quite a peaceful ruler  rule breakers however must incure either the rath of fire or ice and if you are able to stand it you are forgiven, althrought not many goes through this for we donot dare break rules.

210 A weather to match tomlei
you came on a sunny day but then out of nowhere the rain started and then stopped as you ran for shelter to the next town. There were a bunch of priest who were asking their god of weather for more rain and as they chant an ancient text, then thunder roared and they rejoiced they say the lady will give us rain , thank you my lady they all cried out with glea  , you went to one of them and asked why they were celebrating
the leader hears you , and says you must be new to this land , our crops are dyiing so as our animals and we too are suffering the lost of rain we missed it like dessert for the past 3 years  or so and now our lady is going to give us rain. Great mana from heaven water to fill our thirst and quench our hunger.
You see our lady has been crossed with us for we have not given thanks for our great prosperity of our rich soils and the divine weather we always had, we don’t rejoice anymore as we did when rain fell and so she visit us as a form of a stranger , a lady and she surveyed us until a day when she revealed herself saying to us weren’t praising nor giving thanks to what we were given by her and she rose above the cloud s and opened her arms then thunder and lightning boomed and it became dark she said here is the last rains you shall have till you became more thankful for what is freely given to you, and then great rain fell for 20 days and then it stopped , it has  been       3 years now and soon the rain will come once more for we are starving and thirsty
Our supply is low and if we don’t get this we will all surely die., the earth once so rich with goodness now bare and dry , now the great lady has forgiven us we shall see rains again.

8 THE ONE foran
a flock of lizard men were  trying to capture an eagle in flight , you watch then you see that the eagle turned into a formidable women , and not that far behind her were eight lizard men who was ready to fight to capture her who they called the one , they 0keeped shouting don’t let the one escape, you all started to run after the lizard men determine to fight and save this poor women from them , fight and see who is victorious

After you kill more than 5 of their comrades they were ordered to retreat , scavenge and add all possession as found and 500 experience per lizard man killed , the women who they called the one , thanks you and tells you of her faith, you see she has been haunted by many because of her powers and she trusted you would not betray her trust, she ids able to replicate herself to as many people as she wants and her newly acquired power of shape shifting gave her a way of escaping instead of fighting for her life always. After much talk of your quest and everything that had happened to most of you she says, for saving her life she will teach one of you this unusual gift and another the power to shape shift if you are interested all she ask in return is if she can join you on your quest and maybe find a home somewhere else for she has no power to make a portal to other realms like you.

324 Forest alive
Try ember rather than amber/ ember is a part of a fire amber is like the a colour of honey)
You enter what seems to be a clearing in a forest, it had dense canopy and many animals live peacefully, you all decide that a look around would be good and to find a town to sleep in would be better than sleeping in the forest. You all walk north east and then hear a women crying out for help she is drowning in a pool of mud, it seems to be quick sand, and as you help her out she turned into a ember of fire and rose to the sky flying far away from the forest
You all was a little upset she left without even a thankyou to her would be heroes till suddenly a shriek of pure malice hit the air and all of you were being binded down by creepers which slowly creep up to each of you then the flowers bloomed all around the forest ,then they  exploded releasing a kind of gas which knocked you one by one out as you struggle to get free from the vines that held you captive. As the gas fills your lungs you are all rendered unconscious.

The orb brought you to a futuristic place , where they were escalators everywhere and every hall seemed to be  a different  increment of time, a dragon suddenly came  from the left of your vision and was about to strike you with a fireball what do you do

Michael started to talk and said to get rid of this who steal life you must destroy it’s nest its temple it’s ground of worship , you all followed his instruction and then Michael said thankyou now I may rest in peace I lured you here to confront this evil and now it’s gone from this realm we all be peaceful. A few have ever portaled into this realm for it is protected by powerfull enchantmentsstated a monk in green flowing robe, he then produces a canister full of earth,he says these have divine powers of restorative properties inhaling the fumes given when mixed with water can restore a person to full health  and if death has happened by giving a generous quantity of earth to the dead body will divinely restore them to life, their is enought for four resurections in this canister alone  you may get more from the earth farmers by trading them a item of quality. .
Pendragons Stones
In this realm a set of five gems was bestowed the power of a diety known as pendragon , hence the pendragons stones, each is matched by a ability  the orange is endurance if you wear it you are unvanrable a sword can cut you and youwill not bleed a giant can hit you without you being touched  nor hurt . another is yellow it is of great speed you are able to travel at great speed
and are able to travel great distance in a blink of an eye as if teleporting..a puple stone allows you to trans figure or morph intop anything either just a part of a body or a full change .
green is for controll you just have to make eye contact with desired victim and you can become it’s master and the only way to sever the link is to destroy the stone or blind the peron in control
the black stone absorbs all magical attack nothing even the greatest spells can be put on you for it is absorbed by this stone.

Dragon Jars
these ceramic jars were made from the river of ion and it is treasured artifact  for it’s protection properties one of these in a city state will ensure their safety from the wild beast known as dragons which scatter the lands. they keep away from these jars by the powerfull scent it imminates, which it gets from the river banks properties. any which stray in the vacinity of the jars are captured within it, no matter the size nor furiosity. they let them out far from their towns limits and  boundries..

Dragons Skin
All about shields which are taught and learned  thickest hide for a shield.
A man which becomes the night dragon  which rules this realm  he turns to human and in human form he doesn’t know he is the night dragon
When he is at his vanuarable stage a bunch of powerfull enchantments of shields protects him from harm  stage one  repeal stage two zap or electrify  stage three a vapour sorrunds him and makes everything it is toched frighten to the core  into maddening, stage four teleports him out of harm, stage five  magical stones form around him killing anything at sight stage six an explosion of a metallic ball lets out shards of nails in every direction, last and final protection a hell fire sweeps like a tornado around him and anything in its way is burnt to a cinder.

Eating Matters
Find the crown of power which you must turn on with your mind to create this wave of demon locus  which destroys everything in  it‘s path  it likes especially metal  but it eats any matter and only with the use of the  crown can you fully control them them by the mind of the person who wears the crown of power..

So nothing would be left even elemental attacks against the swarm would just be absorbed  feeding it’s ever hungry mouths.


Left Behind
This people;e was left behind for they did not have enough ships to travelle away from this starving planet they survive by the mutant type of  potatoes which grows abundant  in the hills  this is the only food  there is and the water is so contaminated but  where these potatoes grew the waters are being filtered and is giving them a viable drinking water
The plants also herb cures many disease which they have encountered
They lived in peace until they was a   fleet of shps which came to salted land which they are burning to  release the salts oxides which seems to be the idle environment for these people , however the ones who was left behind are able  to live in this new environment s you tried to stop the invading forces but they care nothing for the orginal dwellers of the land . all they want is the vast lands which is covered with salt
They gave them only one cycle of the three suns of the planet to evacuate or suffer their faith  as it is which is death., help them by finding a planet for them  to inhabited

Regression box

Within this box contain the legendary fountain of youth water and the sap of the tree of age which can take you either  ahead of your time or to your younger and youthful self.
Divine Mistake

re-destruction of the universe, to reverse this  we must act swiftly , anytime you need us or our help  just ask but we cannot meddle for we must let faith play throught and if we need to we will once more put up the seeds of creation and start over we only hope you can save this race.

The plague
The people of this realm was  for they were celebrating their beating a great oppressor
you were invited to sit down in by a local who seemed to be a warrior
they were eating a bowl of meat , who can stand eating then being told what you just ate. This was a strength of character,
anyway one who was eating soon fell down ater eating a meat and was dragged to the hospital

however not only one fell three fell after eating the same meat
within 24 hours you whre still oin full party whe the other three in the infirmary started to die and then rot in less tthan 5 minutes then as they opened them to see what is wrong a burst of fly like insect came out the other two also burst and flys everywhere
these flys would borrow into a person and leave a red spot where they entered and these created a monestrous rage in the person and started to attack the people outside as they get killed their were more flies and every one wasn’t safe
the monterous effect made them lust for flesh and blood who was not effected yet was eaten even they each other
this plague spread and no one could stop it, the serapath fought these before and they throught that they wiped them out by containing them for they cannot be destroyed but  a strain which was in a certain animal which is now popular food for some people of the different sectors of the universe has a undetectable strain of this plague, the plague strain became more dangerous by the introduction of a plant from a distant realm which bio fused itsef to many other plants making new plant types and it so happened these animals which contain these potential plague ate the new plants which geew like a weed for it had no predators to stop it . the animals dna was change in eating the plants and the plague grew exponentially as it received the plants nutrients and became as new strain, somehow it is a form of  larvae in the meat of the animal which turns to a new kind of insect a cross of a fly and the size of a mosquito which was awaiting the bodies of people to spread by not by contact but  eating of it’s flesh .  which these people was doing as a part of their celebration, with a new strain different from the first plague thanks to the alien plants genes are now spreading from flesh and mutating it is new biological threat to everyone .


The Body Snatchers
Where old souls from the deepest caverns and the most oldest of all race , they live to destroy and to reeked havoc , they are spirits which has agendas to creating life when their was still darkness in the world where chaos ruled .
They may enter a body by touch and if in desperate hours they may leave a body behind and enter an unwilling host, these needs special circumstances like if the host body was near death or the bidy was able to gain control and forces themselves out
Their an’t many of them but by touch they may split their power over others and gaining controlll if the first link ever was severed the others would gain control of themselves again . they may either infest a body as a link or transfer itself into another.

The Serapaths

An ancient race which helped create the universe, their knowledge  is as far as the knoxx is  althrought they are not as old as they are nor are their power as great as the knoxx and there is one more power to consider the very last of the universes creator the tori
They are called the three, not much has been known about the knoxx and their ways but the serapaths created  large depository of their race their background  and their power
They say certain people are able to gain power from these depositories they just have to uncover the truth behind each writing if desifered they will be given what is stored inside. not only that they may even find out what had happened in the past and how it affected the present.
Their was a plague which nearly destroyed everything in every realm  they were able to contain it in a box of infinite size the power output to held these plague was large and many had to sacrifice their bodies to make a collective of infinite  power, to  stop this plague from mutsaing and become unstoppable
The serapaths are now in the lands which their ancestry came, now  they are in  the higher plains where the  knoxx was said to be .
Water World
A devise was set off by the governing bodies of the realm and a shockwave was created that affected everyone they believed it to let them live longer,
Within eight months of the intial wave the most of  the ice berges of the realm melted covering everything in water this must have been because of the shockwave it must have destroyed the ozone which keeped this from happening . The scientist of the saw that more waters to come for when the rest of the ice that was left , which is underwater was to melt this will truly sink the small pockets lands they have found to colonise but most lives in boats, they created another devise which would freeze the water  to ice  and another beam which will replace the ozone, the replacement  for the ozone fel throught and covered the sea and killed many wildlife the freezing works throught and  froze small patches of the sea but this was oon melted to the sea by the heat ,  time saw the people become sick with what they called dehydration for most of the water was undrinkable and most fish are dead so hunger followed.
They turned to their gods and git nothing till one day , a portal opened in the northern sea , and a transformation in it’s people  occurred as if some divine hand made it so , evry human and animal was liqiufied to water no-one was spared they returned to the primordial soup which they came from .  was it a punishment or a way to start again
Original Copy
These people are able to create multiple copies of themselves. And they duplicate themselves to multiply they are all link in one concusses so what one knows the rest knows
But they can only go so far they have been alive for as long as the tori created them
They were sort of a son and daughters  to them a creation which is advance and can advance further to replace the tori one day they stored all they know in one and all shares this knowledge , the only flaw is copying a copy will be degrading the next copy and so on but in this ability to copy itself they are able to advance faster than any human evolution could have progress and they are now so far advanced they have made a world for themselves which is untouched by anyone yet , for they pretend to be humans and they are well accepted within societies of inferiors and their construction lets them live for thousands of years unlike the hundreds some human can achieve .
The original is in the middle of the core of the earth of their home planet they already have went to the end of their race and back again fro over seven times they copy from the original only to a new copy so they may exist longer and longer but a great force called a black hole was created  by the sun becoming too heavy and the planet which was their prime world was destroyed now they are at a young stage again for a while but given time they will too soon decay and the lost of the tron will be imminent within a couple of generations to come at the moment they are trying to duplicate without degrading they are one of  the most advanced race there is in this part of the realm.

Knoxx Outcast
You come to a world with no technology  whats worst your orb of power shattered into four pieces this happened instantly and as it ahttered the blast blinded alex, you try to heal but was kind of successful, still not be able to see,but as time goes by you  try to make a food for you and your party, you deduce while eating you would n’t find anything here for it’s desolate and most of the people you saw was either some sort of pilgrim or nomads  so you decide to leave this realm without the use of an orbso you decided to go micheal opened a portal but the portal won’t form  then micheal tried again with no success  lucas and Catherine tried as well but nothing it seems this realm has trapped you their, this must be why the orb of power  shattered.
You had no choice  but to seek out a healer in the place, everyone said to go to the cave like dwelling  where you will find a women who deals with healing and all sorts of magic we keep our children away for she is a powerful person we had no rain for a while and we were all starving and with her elixirs she poured on a   nit of ground and within minutes spourts were growing and many kinds of plants grew within two days we had plenty we were grateful and another thing is the daughter of the king was sick and no one knew what to do as a desperate measure we seeked her out and she cure her  without much trouble she made her drink a flower which she boiled down. And added some of her special powders and elixir.
We are very grate full but many more are afraid how does she know to cure the princesses within a couple of minutes, they are afraid of her power.
But all we can say  is that she’s a nice old lady, she maybe able to help you

I myself was a great scientist who worked on a cure for the plague which was rampant I tried with my elixir and instead of killing it mutated as a strain that was more potent, killing many who was not knoxx, for we kinoxx cannot be affected by disease and virus we have immune systems which cannot be touched but many other who lived with  them haven’t  got any immunity unlike the knoxx especially the serapaths  who was susceptible  the knoxx soon figure out how to destroy this strain which cause anyone who breaths to be infected.m, I was imprisoned for years then , I heard they destroyed it by synthesising their immune system and made an elixir  which nullified this virus.

As soon as they destroyed the virus they left the land  s they occupied, why they don’t know but  they left for the undying lands. Anyway getting back tpo today no one can make a portal out of this realm but with this orb power I may be able to leave with you if I fix this , please I have done nothing but tried to help .please I need to be freed. You all agree to take her with you, I maybe the last of the knoxx for I’ve have  been exiled here for a  millennia or even more


The only problem is  I will need a couple of things to change the frequency of this orb  to leave this place , a flower which only lies on the  hilltop mt hajimeya  it is protected by a mist guardian which makes it hard to find the  way to the main gates of the garden and a blood pool water which lies in the well in the middle of the garden , however  in the garden lives a man-eater demon which hides in the shadows and only comes out to feed  on travellers who are weak.

a great land in the north called ashra were two people one master the other a people who lives as slave,  as with many other kingdoms with a community of lower people comes a faith a beleif that they would one day be free, and they look up to a god who has not heard them for many eions, yet they keep their faith, they toil and are treated badly by their masters and their faith lies within these peoples king who is heartless as the rest. the king had a son, and the son rebeled against his father for all his time is predetermined and was somewhat a prisoner inhis own palace, at times he took liberties of pleasure from the palace life when it is time for his lessons with the priest called jad who he bribe to let him free, jad was kind and saw him as a boy who needs his liberties.

during these liberties in a chance meeting in the market place he saw a girl which he fell in love with at first sight, she was the daughter of a slave, through he kept it secret from his father for he would see her as unworthy not as he sees her, they would talk and soon she fell in love with him, two whose family are at opposite ends. and yet as the king grew old and ill he still did not profess his love for a slave only when he became king did he marry her and she became the new queen of ashra with the mother of the prince approval, for she was understanding towards her sons intentions.

with time the prince now king became the deleverer of these slaves who he proclaimed as equal, but many in his council does not want such a change especially his general who would claim power if he dies without a son, at the time many of   the council members favoured the general taking power and keeping things as it is.

soon the queen produced an heir to the throne and as he grew his mother taught him to be humble and good natured towards others no matter their class  and in his eighteenth birthday the now king became old, the change has not been passed for all those years and the thought of equallity will soon die with the present king. his dying wish was to fulfill his promise which he did not have the courage at the time to fulfill for he feared the councils and his peoples wish to keep themselves to a higher standing to those they saw as slaves. thought his reign was near to end the slaves were treated better than before but still slaves non the less.

the general and some of the council members kidnapped the prince without a heir and the king dying changes would not happened. the  king searched far and wide without success, till you came seeking the flower of restoration given to ashra the first king by the spirit of nature they knew as gaia spirit of the lands. it is said that with this flowers petal mixed with water will rejuvanate nature, even to the point of death. and if drank by a man they would be able to live forever, but it was said that due to this power many tried to steal the plant and only a flower is left ,the plant is said to been lost, some say gaia took it back from peoples because of thier greed,  the flower was then hidden and three keys hold its secrets one is a map another is a orb of power and the last is an actual key which the king of ashra has passed down to its desendants, the key is the price the king is giving as a reward to finding his son.


you need this key. with your orb of power to find the map then to the flower of restoration.

Heavens War


In a great library of pathoris where the seers and prophets of the worlds are born you find a great tablet where the first great seer carved in stone his premenition, it is said long ago they were countless gods who ruled the heavens above  and factions were formed but they were at peace for eions.
 
Then came a dispute of to who ruled what and agreat war was created and three mighty weapons was divined  one was the mirror of time and space which still stands on the hills of tori, the second was a flute which had the power to suspend time in a great sleep. and lastly sword made of the tree of life, which with a touch could drain even a god of it's power.

it was said that these were used to each advantage, then two factions of gods merged and yet due to distrust within thier ranks the third faction won gaining all three objects, but not all were wiped out one from the other faction of gods who lost, one lived and was put to exile in a halflings body.

eions passed and these gods created animals then later came men, who build cities and worshipped the many gods and their many faces, then a grab for power one of these gods offsprings was a success he was entrusted by many of the others as a messeger he was like a profit, a seer of the gods and performed the other gods will. as he came to a higher status, he was able to procure the flute and he used it to suspend the others in a great sleep and his own will became word and many of the lower creatures known as humans who worshiped many gods was eventully wiped out by other humans who worshiped only him as the one true god, he then created beings more powerfull than humasns to fulfill his desires as he was when he was young, these he called arges.


time passed and the halfling was reborned many times and grew stronger every time he was borned. he then allied himself with some of ther higher arges and with this he was able to steal the mirror which he hid where humans dwell and the great sword which he used to bring this new god down with not much power left he now rest in the heavens although his arges was able to bring down the halfling down to a pit lower than the lands, there he stays and humans were taught that he was evil and to be feared. the god today and the arge rest for many lost their power. humans to date don't know why their gods don't reply in thie dire needs but it is because they are now alone, it is not known where the sword or the flute have gone but it may dwell right here on the lands of mortals.

you know exactly where the halfling hid the mirror but where are the rest.you may find it if you have the permission of the librarian to search for references to the divine objects. but do you have time?

So, is this for a video game RPG, or the pencil and paper sort?

About the number of characters, most pencil and paper RPGs (as well as most MUDs) only allow use of one character at a time.  Video game RPGs tend to allow more.  So, it would help to know what sort of game this is meant to be.  I wouldn't suggest having an army of characters under the control of one person at one time, unless you do things a little differently.  But, I would think up to six would be fine in normal circumstances (though I might only recommend four at the most).  Anyway, really, I think this part should become apparent when you play it (how many characters is practical); so, play it, see how it seems, and act accordingly.

Hmm, looks interesting.  I would recommend making a simple walk-through, or tutorial, for the game—to show people an example of how it works.  Looking at the stats and rules is fine and all, but without a base to go on first it requires a lot of imagination.

as with every gamebook or MUD/MMO the roll of the dice an the possible outcomes can be very mathematical.  The short cut approach is to try rolling dice following your rules in a few different circumstances too see how it works out you may find that fighting a stone golem with HP:50 is exceedingly easy given the calculation of accuracy, damage, defence, resistances or otherwise borderline impossible....

work that out an make sure the story flows and you got yourself a winner (err I hope)

one quick note too. if it's a game book you are writing does time move forward? that is does the player/reader start at the front and work their way to a conclusion or is it freeflowing where the player can revisit places and therefore some paragraphs refer to locations...Try and get your hands on a few copies of Fabled Lands if you can (these are free flow adventure books)

the concept of making this into a game!? it's like you are just making the rpg version of the lord of the rings, people nowadays are looking for uniqueness, try playing more role-paying games more, and try to combine some ideas, i dislike the battling concept of the dice....
