coooooeeeeeey! It's me!!

Woo ooh!!  Hello everyone.  I have converted lol.

For those who don't know me I am Keely in my last couple of weeks of my twenties arghh!!  I'm married to Kev and we have a beautiful little boy Thomas who has just turned one and a soppy old doggy called Merlin whom I have trained as my assistance doggy!

We live in Essex and I fight the dreaded fibro and have done for a long time now though was only diagnosed in 2005 when I was medically retired from mental health nursing.

I love all things spooky and spiritual and I adore animals.  In fact we are in the process of getting to know a lovely l;ittle parrot who will be coming home with us in 3 weeks hooray!!

For anyone new to fibro or fibro fighting, helloooo!  And a howdy do to the old'uns.. yep that be our Joo then lol

Don't knock being in the last few weeks of your twenties because it gets worse believe me, you'll look back and wish you could still say that in a few years.

Hi Graham, I very rudely lurked about a bit on the old site instead of posting a couple of weeks back during a nasty flare and came across you, so I have had a peep at the site, it's good!  

Lovely to chat to you again Olive and isn't it lovely putting faces to names!!!!  I have tried to do my avatar but I don't know where it is, maybe takes a while to update?  Who knows lol

I'm going to nip into general posting now as I have new symptoms I wanna ask about!

glad to see you again, you've been missed.
Hasn't time flown, you'll have to update us with piccies of Thomas and Merlin the wonder dog. Does he still pick up stuff that you've dropped? That's Merlin rather than Thomas.....or are you training him too ...lol

ha ha Buffz, good thinking, I hadn't thought of training Thomas up!!  Although I sometimes sit in the kitchen and let him watch me cook.. i tell him step by step what I 'm doing and tell him to pay attention so he can cook for Mummy when he is bigger!!

Merlin.. wonder dog my backside.  He has started at doggy schooll as he is being a bit neurotic lol.  But to his credit yes, he still retrieves my "toasties" (wheat slippers), remote, Mummy's slippers, Daddy's slipppers ( he felt left out ha ha), keys, lead aka his "walkies", post and whatever I have dropped to "oops mummy dropped it".  He helps me undress now too if I tell him to "tug" and he still empties the washing machine.....  I now need him to do the washing up and the ironing

Thomas has grown up too fast.. this time next year he'll be at preschool  I can't bear it!!

How are things with you guys.  Lovely to see the "old lot" again.. Nikki, Buffy, Aunty Joo and our Olive.  Awww, I should make more time to keep up with you guys, I could do with the support at the mo too as I've been a bit poorly again!  Same s*** different day huh?!!  lol

I didn't see you there honey.  How's the bungalow??  Our flat is looking worn in now ha ha.. still things to do but you know how it goes!!  We love it here.. no stairs hurray hurray!  We eventually want to buy a field with a barn and convert it into avaries and kennels and do a fur n feathers sanctuary.. We do love our animals and Thomas appears to following in our footseps!  That is a way off though as it is all money money money!!

How are you anyway.. any "heather moments" lately lol.  I do miss your anecdotes, they always made me smile

Hi Keely its so good to hear from you again, its a flat but it looks like house, we are on the ground floor, and I have neighbours that live upstairs, we have a big back garden that just looks onto open fields, and a large front garden.We have done quite a bit but still some things we need, I had a new kitch, so that was good, we are just waiting for some ££££££££ to finish it off lol I still have my heather moments but not so many because I dont go out on my own, so hubbykeeps an eye on me lol we have got a new puppy, he is a lhaso apso and he is so lovely, he is such good company I love him to bits I am glad Merlin is still helping out, it is hard to beleive little thomas is 1 my grandson Ethan, can you remember him being born ? well he is 2 in september, time goes so quick.
I must say you are looking really good, motherhood suits you lol
