Moab Eats is an exciting and inspired alternative to typical restaurants, and we're planning to open our doors in 2009.  As a non-profit with a mission that includes serving locally produced, organic food to all and teaching the value of sustainability, we're looking for community donations to use in our upcoming fundraiser. Moab Eats will have a booth at the Pumpkin Chuckin Festival where we will be serving "Moab Flavor" and introducing the community to our unique vision and operations.  Because we are still forming and don't have regular suppliers yet, we're asking you to pitch in.   We are happy to trade a well-prepared meal from our booth at the Pumpkin Chuckin' Festival to anyone that contributes these items beforehand: Any amount helps!
