there are 2 offices in my area 1 rural 1 city they make the rcas go to the city office to do all the exspress for the city carriers.is this normal. why do city carriers have it so easy they dont have to do exspress,put names on there routs,get the same amount of mail every day work at a snail pace get credit for time vac sick days retirement.rcas get to bust there but but get paid a set time and dont have to put on a po shirt.dont get me wrong i love being a rca its just wow not geting credit bugs me.

In our office, the city carriers are normally out of the office before the express even arrives so they can't take them.  But why complain?  As an RCA it is just extra work/money for you.

my advice to you is to zip your lip and take whatever work they give you. many people are out of work in this country. I would gladly take your express mails out and get paid for it. I am an RCA and right now i am lucky to get one day a week. You are more fortunate than I am so shut up and take the express mails out, you do not know how lucky you are.

i hope you are not referring to what i said. nothing about hate there............. im just saying be thankful for what they give you as an RCA, please keep posting,,,,,,,,,,,, i hope you arent referring to me, i apoligize if you think i was being to bold.
