change pixel color

Some javascript/style in this post has been disabled (why?)

Hi,excuse for my English, but I don't speak very well.
I must make a plugin that change the color of some pixels of the map.
to do this I have thought to work on the matrix that rapresent the map, but I don't have found the way to read and to modify it.
Can someone tell me as I can do?

I guess you are talking about a raster map, right?
I have no idea about what you are displaying, but you should be able
to change things by manually defining your sld file. Have a look here
to get some help:

Through that you change the style of the map, but not the values, that
anyways should not be changed just to change the color.
Does that make sense to you?
