is there a reason why fusion trac doesn't allow viewing code?

some do (http://trac.osgeo.org/fusion/browser/trunk/layers/Layers.js)

not sure what is up with the php ones, perhaps line endings or  
something, I'll check with SAC and find out

the answer seems to be that there are no php syntax rules set up, I  
have someone looking into it ...

the official response on this that the php version on the osgeo server  
is not high enough to enable this at this time.  A ticket is being  
raised with SAC to see if there is some way to fix this.  In the mean  
time, you can see the source though:

http://svn.osgeo.org/fusion/trunk/layers/MapGuide/php/Common.php

but its not as nice (no line numbers or revision history)
