auxillary routes used to increase routes

You don't think PM's are going to use Aux routes to build up Reg routes..............well you are sadly mistaken!  The Aux routes in my office ARE being dismantled to build up Reg routes which means after 9.5years I go back to the bottom o the list because there are no primarys open.  Are ya happy now?
