I am do for my step increase any day now and I was wondering if anybody knows if they are being given or not? I can sure use it and hope I will be getting it!

Also - I do not know how to find out how many weeks it is until the increases are paid. I am going on full-time 4yrs in Feb. so this is my 2nd step increase - does anyone know how to figure this out? It is just me and another carrier in the office and she is the rep and knows nothing!!

Hi, they cannot just stop step increases out of the blue.  This is something that all postal employees receive.  If they had eliminated step increases we would have heard about it..

   whenever you get a step increase, you receive in the mail a form 50. on it it has a line for your next step increase - pp/yr.  (pay period / year)  such as 10/2010.  otherwise the first 2 steps are 96 weeks apart, step c -step 7 are 44 weeks each,       step 8 and 9-34 weeks each,   10-11 ,26 weeks each - and step 12 , 24 weeks
