archgenxml2 manual rewriting

Hi,

I rewrote
http://plone.org/documentation/manual/archgenxml2/startup/installation
Please review it, correct it. I'm not a native english speaker, so my
sentences may be weird. :-)

I updated a little this page too
http://plone.org/documentation/manual/archgenxml2/startup/hello-world

Veda, can you remove all comments from the following pages please:
http://plone.org/documentation/manual/archgenxml2/startup/installation
http://plone.org/documentation/manual/archgenxml2/startup/hello-world
http://plone.org/documentation/manual/archgenxml2/startup/

I can't add new page. Can you add a new page after the installation
page with title "Configure ArgoUML to use the archgenxml profile"
please?
I'll copy and paste content when it's created.

The http://plone.org/documentation/manual/archgenxml2/umltools/make-argouml-provide-tagged-values-and-stereotypes-in-dropdown-menus/view
page will disappear and parts of its content will be moved in the new
created page after installation page.
