a question

i am okay with computers usually but cant for the life of me work out how to put a picture of me on here, can someone explain please

hey dawn i did it at last by myself NO MAN NEEDED.i put the photo on my desk top.then go to reply to any message..click on insert image.when the photo has uploaded go to personal settings find the words change or reset avatar and follow the instructions

thanks wendy.isnt it wierd how you picture someone in your mind.i got to know this lady who at the time was about 70 but i had not met her only spoke on the phone so could see this little oldish lady with permed hair glasses a bit like my mum i supose.when i met her i was gobsmacked she is very elegant stylish loves stiletto heels and looked so young wierd that.
