Windows Binary DLL Vesrion Numbers

Hi All,

I have just downloaded from http://fdo.osgeo.org/content/fdo-332-downloads#3.3.2_win_binaries the windows binary for FDO 3.3.2.

The problem is all the DLL's in this download are still only version 3.3.0?? Are these files still only version 3.3.0 or have the DLL version numbers not been updated?
