Who wants Ella?

Hi all,
Was just wondering who was thinking about taking o-so-lovely Ella home with them? I REALLY like her but I just cant have her because my dog, Danny, wouldn't approve and also because she's half way up the country! I am mad about her, she is SO gorgeous! I really hope she finds her forever home soon!

The problem is I could easily have them all.

We came very close to offering to foster Brad, get him house trained etc to make him easier to rehome, especially when I learnt he was small and cat friendly. When Daisy came into rescue and again with Mary (Bob and Brenya's sister) we thought long and hard as to whether to stop at two.

But at the end of the day we don't have a massive house or garden so the decision was that we're best sticking with two who have a lovely quality of life because they fit into the car sprawled out, have more cuddles than you can count (one dog for each of us) etc etc. If we had more someone would always be left out and we certainly couldn't do our road trip to Cornwall twice a year.

I see..
I am going to let you in to a little secret...
I have Danny who is a lurcher but even though I love sight hounds I also have a Yorkie (called Georgie), a BichonFreeze (called Charlie) and a Terrier (called Holly)! I wasn't sure to tell anyone because this is a greyground/lurcher sight! But I still love sighthounds the best!

Hi,
You probably haven't heard of a BichonFreeze (sounds like an anti freeze!!) I spelt it wrong..should be Bichon Frise. If you still haven't then it is like a small, sturdy, white poodle!

(I googled it) I've seen them about but thought they were a mini poodle

Hi,
They are much longer in the body than a poodle, less a lap dog and heavier to hold. Some people give them stupid hair cuts so that their heads are over sized! I havent done that so he does look more like a poodle!!
