Where do you report bugs for EiffelBuild/EiffelStudio?

Hi

I have found a number of bugs in EiffelBuild and I would like to know where to reports these bugs.

Secondly being new to Eiffel I wondered if patches are made available for bug fixes or whether you have to wait until the next version is released.

On a side note, to whom it may concern:
I think it would be nice if the problem/report database was more open for
external developers. As far as I know there is currently no way to access
those reports - even if marked as non-confidential.
