Where can I find deliverance-proxy-ctl?

Hi all,

I'm trying to setup deliverance controlled by supervisor.
I'm able to setup supervisor in order to start deliverance, but I'm not
able to stop it.

I installed deliverance from svn trunk using the instructions at
http://keeshink.blogspot.com/2009/03/installing-deliverance.html

Then I tried to find the commands to start/stop deliverance. I found
that I have to use deliverance-proxy-ctl; but I don't have this script.

In http://www.coactivate.org/projects/deliverance/using-the-proxy I
found the instruction that shoud have to create this script:
"deliverance-proxy --new-layout DEST_DIR"

But, on my machine this command gives the error: unknown option:

bin/deliverance-proxy --new-layout /usr/local/Plone33/newdeliverance
Usage: deliverance-proxy [OPTIONS] RULE.xml

deliverance-proxy: error: no such option: --new-layout

What can I do?
