Welcome to the reporting part of the forum!
Here we are to gather up the online-nicknames of cheaters (drop trickers, point traders, etc...). Players whose ESO nicks come up here should be added to your pests-list.

When you report someone, it would be nice to get a url of a screen shot as a proof or a statement from other players. This is to avoid unnecessary flaming and false accuses.
