What to do?

What would any of you rca's suggest if your pm was buddy buddy with another carrier therefore favoring the carrier and their sub...any suggestions?

just do your job and keep quiet, don't let the pm know anything about you at least then they have NOTHING to judge you by either way, better to keep them wondering than to give them a reason to dislike you!  just the fact that you're so darn quiet will spark their curiosity as to what the heck you're about...they can't hate someone who doesn't say anything!

As long as the contract isn't violated who cares, this isn't high school.

If it is violated then file a grievance and be done with it.

To file a greivence I feel would by like putting my head on the chopping block. This pm has a bad attitude.

The matrix was introduced in our office by a pmr (who did not know how it was done to start with) We got a new pm who did not understand it either. I got on this site copied a matrix form step by step instructions ,mind you, and took it in. Now the pm says that "the sub" which has less senority than me.
has senority on a route  (this route has no primary sub) because she left the route. I had always had the route "the sub" left listed as one of mine on the matrix. So she did not let me pick my routes she gave the subless route to "the sub" . I think that I should have got to pick that route first since I am senior sub..and the matrix goes by senority ..right?

I'm in a similar boat. There is nothing you can do. You are right about if you report it you are sticking your neck out and it will be chopped off. All we can do is live with it until we can get away from it.
