Does Graph I and II really refer to the public and private self respectively?

One of the versions state that Graph I indicates behavior I believe is expected of me in the chosen situation, based on expectations from my surroundings (boss, colleagues, customers, staff, etc) or my own expectations (the ideal self I strive towards).

Graph II could represent the behavior most natural to me, based on my accumulated experience or when I am under pressure and react instinctively.

Does your graphs confirm this interpretation?

I've a Perfectionist Classical Pattern, with segment no. is 2266.  My Graph II, which supposedly reflects my private self, shows that I've less C tendencies.  However, my public self, as depicted in Graph I, shows that my C tendencies are higher than S tendencies.  As commented by a colleague, I should be by nature more of a S-person, my C tendencies are just "adopted" to do the job.  The adopted C tendencies could be an explanation why I'm frustrated by too much details, choosing to focus only on key details.  In addition, like a high-S person, I'm more flexible & willing to go with the flow, rather than rigid, stick-to-the-rules as a high-C person.

I am classified under Objective Thinker Patter with Segment Number 3147.  Differences between by Graphs 1 and 2 are as follows:

-  Significantly lower S on graph 1 versus 2
-  Observably higher D on graph 1 versus 2

While my i and C are consistent in both graphs.

I am relatively new in the company, and being so I believe I am still in the "adjustment phase".  An important part of which is expectation - setting.  I am aware, as people in my team would often say, that my C would be a good addition to the team competencies; which explains the consistency in both graphs.  On the other hand, I think my higher D and lower S shows a certain level of adaptation that I need to go through as I integrate to the company culture.  Given these, I agree in the interpretation.

A follow-up question though, does this mean that Graph 1 is more likely to change than Graph 2 since the latter is more pegged with our current situation, while the former is a reflection of our natural tendency?  Appreciate your response

Graph I would probably change as you discuss with your direct supervisor his expectations of you in your role. Graph II would change as you learn and grow/develop on the job - it being your experience. It can change too but maybe more slowly.

Does anyone have any thoughts about this?
