Dear Folks,

         For the past 24 hours, our connection was down.  So while it was down, I had a marvelous epiphany.  Imagine if you will-Our Boys, Luke and Noah were somewhere other than Oakdale.  Perhaps a spinoff of sorts.  They were never in Oakdale, as if the whole story in Oakdale were a dream.  I was up last night putting together a video closing and presumptive bible for a new Daytime Drama!  It would be entitled "No One Has To Be Alone!"  For those who would be interested in the history of this drama, I would be delighted to answer all questions.  You may be surprised at who you may run into from time to time.  The theme is from Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass "The Lonely Bull (El Solo Toro)  Now, through the hosting of Photobucket.  Here is the closing of "No One Has To Be Alone!"  Enjoy!

But of course.  I was upset at the dilemma Our Boys are in and would love to see them in a place where full and complete acceptance can be maintained.  For the most part Daytime Drama has been inundated with Straight relationships, I thought-Turn The Tables!  I have always wanted to see a couple here in the States in Daytime have a truly involved storyline that other areas of the world see as "What Of It!"  They do not have any inhibitions as to the matter of sex.  As I stated in a previous post, there are in Germany, many family publications that feature ads and other articles depicting the nude form.  We need to get over our puritanical need for perfection.  I live my life by accepting the changes of this world, not holding them back.  We must move forward into the future, rather than live in the past.  So that is the premise.  As The Ending says, "Be Proud Of Who You Are!"  Take Care!

I completely agree about the prudish values we hold dear in the US.  I think its amazing to compare many of the western European countries to the US in terms of sexuality in the media and attitudes about sex.  They talk openly about it, show the human body naked without shame and thus have a far lower rate of teen preganancies as well as STDs.  I do have a completely unrelated questions, who are the guys in your pictures?

Nice compilation of great hott soap actors for your men only soap, Myles!!  I like your choice of "Lonely Bull" for the theme song.  Now all you have to do is do some writing or hire some writers to write the stories involving these characters.  I am sure you would get a great gay audience and maybe some straights too, if it is geared somewhat to educating them about what a gay lifestyle may entail!!  LOL

I reviewed your couple match-ups and their roles in your soap opera, "No one left alone".  Thanks for including John Driscoll, my fav.  It is hard for me to imagine Kane Manera and John Driscoll as a couple, but I will give it time.  Where does this take place:  Venice where??  Is this in the US or Mexico??  Is Venice a totally gay community without any straight people??  Are there no women in your soap??  Both the last two questions are hard to imagine existing anywhere; but I realize it is a soap!  Maybe you can add pictures of the actors and couples, so I can visualize more their combinations and roles in the soap.  Those are my questions and comments for now.

Thanks for converting your file to an earlier version of Word.  That helped a lot.  I am using an older laptop using Windows XP and the older Word 2003.

Since there is a surf shop, Venice is a beach community on the West Coast.  I want to make it almost extremely gay.  As the story is developed, I may add women.  The hope is that since there are 12 gay couples, it will pose a challenge to expand the cast.  That is what I have so far.  I still have ideas.  Glad you looked it over.  I am glad I realized that you may have an older version of Word.  Is there anything else you might recommend, let me know.

I am sure you are aware there is a Venice, CA on the coast.  Venice could be on the East coast or in Mexico or the Carribean as well ... it is your story, however.  You also have a hospital.  You need some orderlies, nurses, or staff for the Doctors to order around and have tests done ... like on General Hospital.  All your characters need something to do other than be doctors, surfers, brothers, and part of the ministry.  You could develop the story slowly around a few characters and expand it slowly ... they don't all have to be introduced at once, unless you are going to start with a party on the beach or something.  Those are the suggestions that come to mind at the moment.
