   Thank you for visiting the NEW Springfield, Missouri Real Estate message board. We've been getting a considerable amount of traffic as of late, and many phone calls, and emails as well.  This message board will serve as a great place to get answers to your questions, or make comments of your own more easily.  This will also add to the interactive qualities of our website.

   Don't be bashful if you have a question.  We have a REALTOR®, (Myself), a Loan Officer, an Inspector, and a Contractor who will be on hand to answer your questions, and satisfy your requests.  As stated above...There is NO SUCH THING as a "stupid" question if it is one that you do not know the answer to.

   You do NOT have to register to post a message, but if you post anything inappropriate, or off topic...your ip address will be BANNED from accessing the forum.  (Yes we can do that)

     WE DO HAVE A FEW RULES  

     - NO advertising or spam that is not pre-approved by me (Paul Betzold).
     - NO offensive language, as children could find their way to this board.
     - NEVER make fun of someone on this board because you think they asked a silly question, or you WILL de banned.  If you can't say something to help...SAY NOTHING!!!
