Welcome to this board. There is a "How To Thread" that will assist you with the functions available here. Everyone is willing to help, if you have a problem with something. MLM designed our cool picture at the top of the board. Sunshine 86 designed our pretty pink/purple background. BusLady has figured out a way to make the font bigger, so she can help you with that. Buslady and Rew have been designated Co-owners, so if I'm not around, they can handle any issues. Anyone can start a new thread, but please, let's not have 3 Reva threads and 6 Grady threads. Let's try to keep all of your great ideas in one thread about that subject. ALSO spoilers or discussions about today's show should be done under The Daily show thread or under the spoiler threads (unless you have something completely new and even then it should be clearly marked "spoiler"). Hi Everybody!  I thought I would post how to change the size font for viewing this board here in the hopes that more of you would see it.

To change the viewing font size: (This is for viewing purposes only).

In the Personal Settings section of your Profile
Click on Advanced Settings
Go to Font Size and change the default setting (it will be either 0.84em or 84%, mines been both at one point or another ) to a larger number. I now have mine set on 100% which makes it nice for viewing. but you can play around with different numbers till you find one that works for you.
Click Update Settings.

This will change the font size for viewing everything on this board. It made a HUGE difference for me!

Hey ALL!! Anyone know how to get to this site w/o having to go the old board? In case they shut it down completely, I'd LOVE to be able to chat with you all! I was also wondering why we weren't allowed to post on the original board if we're boycotting the new one? I can't post messages on the old board (at least I couldn't last night until I went thru Nabble). Anyways....this seems like a REALLY COOL place!! And I hope CBS gets the message!! Is anyone gonna start a Bonfire Thread?

   Whoa this is different huh? I haven't the slightest idea what to do or how to do it ----After my breakfast I will reread Busy's post and find out what to do....it's a lot to GROK(understand or absorb) on an empty stomache.As I told Rew Solidarity and Power to the PPL.....Jayne(sexy)

I really don't know how to save it at all:( SORRY! And I agree that Mrs. D should start The Bonfire Thread:) Where is she? RIght now, the Welcome Thread is where I'm hanging out and checking on as my twins let me:) I will have to "x" out of these when my hubby gets home (he sometimes needs this computer). I just hope to get back:) I feel like we've all been in a wreck or gone thru some tragedy and are looking for and cheering all of our friends to make it! LOL! If that makes sense:)

Yes it makes complete sense tonja! It's been one messed up week!  

Do you have Internet Explorer as your browser? If you do, look for the Favorites button on the tool bar at the top of the screen, click on it and there should be an "Add to Favorites" click on that and a small box will pop up with the title of the website in it (you can change the name to call it whatever you want to)..click ok and it will automatically go into your favorites.  Next time you want to come here..just click on Favorites and a pull down list will pop up...look for the site name and click on it..and it should bring you back here again.

Morning Tonja, did the link in My Favorites work for you? You can do that with the old board too...at least for as long as they let us have it.  I can't answer if everyones made it here or how many are boycotting. I did peak at all the CBS soap boards and it seemed to me that GL had the fewest new posts. ATWT seemed to be as busy as usual. The other two were in between as far as how many new posts I saw dated for yesterday and today.

COOL!! I think Favorites worked for me! When I pull them down, Nabble is on there:) I like this place here! But I REALLY miss the old board, too!! I'd rather be here than on the new board! Haven't been there since I registered.

You shouldn't have had to register for the new board.  Everything from the current board should carry over (except for our posts and post counts, lol)

Great!  I'm glad it worked.  I like this one too..it's sooooooooo much better than that sorry excuse they gave us last week when they shut ours down!  I've gone back a few times to see if it was running any better...looked like all the posts and threads were finally showing up on time..but other than that i didn't check anything else out or post.
