My name's Graham and I'm a cake-a-holic, I can't have a cup of coffee without having a piece of cake as well.

I'm not grossly overweight but I could do with losing a stone and my beer/cake belly.

Hiya I'm Ali (Bongo) I too need to lose weight. 2 stone would be good, I would settle for 1. I'm on steroids at the moment and my weight has gone up. Won't be on them much longer I hope, maybe then some weight might come off.  xx

I can't believe how wobbly my arms are this summer - been okay for ages but even tho' I've kept a stone off this year, they're real bingo wings now  !!!!

The regular exercise thing is a real problem with fibro but I've heard of a pool thats warmer that I might try soon. Have been trying to get my doctor to book me into hydrotherapy but I think theres a waiting list. Who's doing a regular exercise programme - anyone? What do you do and how does it affect you?

Losing 3st has made a big change to my body. Bingo wings !!! I have enough for all of us . My boobs are now a lot lower ( no fat to hold them in place I guess) and the tops of legs well best not to talk about them.

I have gone down 3 sizes with skin to match lol

I don't do any excercise and I am not very mobile so that doesn't help at all. As long as I cover my arms and don't look at my legs I feel much better. My tummy feels almost normal very few IBS attacks , almost no nausia and a lot less gas. Thats the bonus for my family

Now the hard bit is keeping it off. I have bought WW scales and plan to go to my meeting until end of August so I can learn how to keep my weight stable. I can now have 22 points a day .

Joo - well done in keeping weight off

Sue B well done to you to

Good luck everyone happy eating
