Web Server Setup

I just installed Plone, and love it. However, I may have missed something within the setup guidelines. Currently, it's doing this:

http://localhost:8080/Plone

I'd like it to do the following:
http://intranet.hostname.org/

Meaning, have the port and all that done automatically. Is this possible?
