If you come across the pub the crows nest along the sea front post code is SR7 7AG it is on opposite side of road to the beach the car park is more or less opposite that.

Sorry I can't make the 5th July as we have arranged for Ian's family to visit us for lunch.

I have to rely on an old-fashioned navigation system. (His name is Andy  )

If i  have got this right you are coming from the west of durham if so come up the A690 off at the Houghton le spring exit. 2ndexit off the roundabout heading to sunderland at nerxt roundabout take 3rd exit for Seaham follow this road you will pass the copt hill on your left, if you continue straight down the road you will come to seaton village keep going until you come to some traffic lights with a garage selling cars on your left go straight over the lights, over the railway crossing. At the junction turn right ignore the car park on the left (seaham Hall should be on your right) follow road around the bends and you will see a car park on your left this is where we are meeting.any problems ring me on 07956305097

I'm very impressed if you managed that as a novice! (I know where I should be headed now, thanks).
