if you just made step b, you have 13 months to go to get to the 6 hr leave earning level. it starts at 3 years after becoming a regular.

What you really have to look forward to, is make less money over the years, have had so many pay reductions due to phoney counts its unreal, get a step increse losse more than you get due to a count, if as a rural youll be around to retire in 20 or more years Id really be surprised the way things are going for the rural craft, worry about your pay more!
