Voting feature on Blog Comments Error?

has anyone successfully enabled the voting feature on blog comments in Cake 1.2? I've tried everything after following the book. Any ideas would be appreciated if there is a common error in the book code...

It appears to work in IE7 but not in Firefox. Maybe it's a CSS issue???
