Hi,

I have exact the same problem but I can't fix it in the way it is described here:

XSLT: V 1.1.1 build 090515

Hi Johannes,

Looks like another issue :(
The runtime tries to resolve import as relative path for the
toFileDespatchAdviceUBL/ublDumper.bpel

The workaround: put ublDumper.bpel to src of BpelProject.

I'll fill an issue.
