[VOTE] Radiator plugin, release 0.1

Hi everybody,

The radiator plugin displays a big treemap of components. The difference with the default treemap is that it can be opened in a full-screen window without layout. It also makes navigation easier. Just left-click to quickly zoom-in and right-click to zoom-out.
