There are not Unicode characters in the VGPSCzech map - special characters (like Á, É, Č, Ř) are destroyed and it is displayed only "ĎZ" instead of it. I guess VGPSCzech179 is same, but I haven't tested it yet.

There is some map data error in version 3.2 of VGPSCzech (some polygon is too long). I have fixed it and upload version 4.0. You can download again.
