Using automatic testing in EiffelStudio

I attempted this for the first time (since using Autotest some time ago), but compilation failed because EiffelStudio could not find class ISE_RUNTIME. I can see the file ise_runtime.e in the library sub-directory base\elks\kernel, but ISE-RUNTIME is not listed in the Library group.

I am not using the experimental library because I am using .NET assemblies and cannot completely compile a usable executable yet.
