Use SWF on IE8

Hello i have use shadowboxJS in this page  http://adwords.service-lab.com/menu1.html but with ie8 swf are correctly load only at the first time, in chrome and firefox it's right but with internet explorer it work correctly only the first time.

can i do for resolve this problem?
