I am planning the upgrade of a site from:
Plone 2.5.5
LinguaPlone 0.9.0 - $Revision: 10093 $
This is a bilingual (English/Spanish) site with a only out of the box
contnet types. (There are several none content products, such as
PloneFormGen, and Plone4Artists Calendar).
What is the upgrade path that I should take?
I am thinking that I should be very concervative in upgrading
LinguaPlone and take the long path, although I am not sure which
version of Plone 3 I should step through:
Plone 2.5.5 - LinguaPlone 0.9.0
Plone 2.5.5 - LinguaPlone 1.0
Plone 2.5.5 - LinguaPlone 1.0.1
Plone 3.0.6 - LinguaPlone 2.0
Plone 3.0.6 - LinguaPlone 2.1
Plone 3.1.1 - LinguaPlone 2.1.1
Plone 3.2.1 - LinguaPlone 2.1.1
Are there steps in this that I am missing?
Are there steps that I could skip?
What kinds of problems typically occur in a LinguaPlone upgrade? Are
there non-obvious things to check for during the upgrade process?
Many Thanks
