Updated french translation

Dear i18N-GRASS-users,

thanks to Eve Rousseau (aka phyto) for updating the french
grassmods-file. it is committed to CVS now and will appear on the
statistics-table[1] next week.

I (portuguese) am lagging, because in order for me to move faster, I
would have to internationaliz(s)e the code, not just localiz(s)e.

I am still trying to convince myself to do that.

can you elaborate on that? Are macros missing in commands
important for you?

It's just that you mentioned a while ago that GRASS translation was
around 50% completed, and I was planning to help improve that...

I didn't dig into code i18n... I'm still mustering the courage...
