UPNP Inspector Windows Installer - beta 3

Hi, hi and hello everyone!

Thanks to the effort we spent last weekend and some minor work I did
today I am now able to present you the first full windows installer
for the UPNP Inspector. You can download it here:

The installer was build with the Coherence 0.6.2 (an update to 0.6.4
is on the list) and UPNP Inspector 0.2.0 . Thanks to Franks great work
in beeing platform independant I had to change no line of source code
in these projects. Even though I made sure it is working the installer
itself is still a beta (as you can see in the filename, the third of
its kind) and I need your help to test it more.

I am also about to publish a paper on how to setup the upnp inspector
installer environment. I am currently working on getting the links
together. When that is done I will move it into the coherence wiki.
Oh, right. That is also the place I ask you to report bugs for the
installer. Frank is going to create a "UPNP Inspector - Windows
Installer" component soon, so long just report them against the upnp
inspector directly and assign them to me (lightyear). Big problems
(like it not starting at all or something) are also welcome here or in
IRC. We also like to do real-time support*.

For further notice, the plan for the installer is as the following: we
hope as many people as possible try the installer and give us feedback
about it. I plan to check in the installer files and the wiki page
before next weekend, so that everyone could verify that I do the right
things there. Then follows a happy bug-fixing time. As soon as we are
happy enough we want to create an installer that you can download from
the website as well and make public that we officially support windows
now. This should have happened at least with the next Inspector
release.

Hi there!

Also we found out that there are major issues on windows XP
(reproduced with Home Edition). We are on it, if you can reproduce
