Tutorials page might be down

Hello List and admin

A tutorial page is not working
http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/ADMIN/02+Development+Environment 
. I get a 502 proxy error after sometime. I tried then
http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/ and got the same. Don't know
though if the second is a valid address at all, but the first one
definitly is
