Transposition playback issues rev. 1739

Testing rev. 1739 from PPA and came across the following issues:

Create a new score from scratch, add a transposing instrument like Bb trumpet.

It should sound -2 semitones below written pitch, however it sounds at
the written pitch.

Seems to affect all transposing instruments. Editing the staff
properties manually has no affect, either.

This causes major issues when trying to work with the Concert Pitch
button, which now changes the actual sounding pitch!
