I've recently updated the translations for Plone4ArtistsCalendar, or
rather for dateable.chronos, which is the UI for P4ACal. It currently
supports a quite healthy eleven different languages.
The languages that currently are fully translated are English, French,
Swedish (thanks to me), Norwegian (thanks to Mats Tande), German
(thanks to Andreas Kaiser), Polish (thanks to Magdalena Regebro),
Danish (Alexander Pilz) adn Italian (Massimo Azzolini).
Mostly translated is Spanish, Brazilian Portugese and Romanian. This
is because I have based the translations on the translations done for
the calendar I and Martijn Faassen developed for Nuxeo a couple of
years ago, as the vocabuary is similar. But of course, not all words
in P4A were actually in the CPS calendar, so most of these languages
are a bit half-translated. These three just miss a couple of words.
People fluent in these languages that want to check through and
complete these translations would be very appreciated.
Also, any other language you feel like translating the calendar into
are most welcome! There are only 36 messages (mostly single words) to
translate, so the whole effort is only 10-15 minutes. I've added
documentation on how to do this.
https://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/dateable/trunk/src/dateable.chronos/doc/I18N.txtBasically, take one of the existing language files (or the template)
translate all the "msgstr" lines, and send it to me. I'll do the rest!
Thanks in advance!
