I have a nabble forum embedded into my website, how do I transfer it to the new site that I am building?

Just move the embedding code to the new website. Actually, you can have your forum embedded in both websites at the same time. The only thing you cannot have for both websites is the redirect option under "Options > Embedding options". Learn more: http://n2.nabble.com/help/Answer.jtp?id=40
