Yesterday i got back from the route i am assigned to and another carrier was casing mail on a route he has never worked on before. I thought it was strange because the sub on that route wants all the work she can get. This will make the third regular route this guy has been trained on. I myself have only been trained for two routes in my office. Can this guy be trained for a fourth route while i am still only trained for two routes, I thought there was some stipulation that an RCA can not train for more than three routes before all other RCA's are trained for 3 routes. Also isnt there something in the contract that says an RCA can only be trained for up to 3 routes............... another thing is our office just hired a TRC, A TRC has no bidding rights. can the postmaster train a TRC on other routes in the office, can a postmaster use a TRC on other routes in the office before using all available RCA subs in the office wether trained or not trained. all the goings on in the office lately have me very concerned, I have not been getting any other work in my office except the route i am assinged on. I am on the substitute share list ( a list where other post offices can call you if they need help) whoopdeedoo i have not recieved one call from any other post office needing help, a lot of good that list does, pretty useless in my opinion.
There is nothing so powerful as truth, and often nothing so strange.
