Physical Description: With a body as lithe and flexible as a gymnast's, Tobias doesn't seem to be a threat no matter what angle you look at him from. His body is tight and slightly sculpted due to routine workouts, but he has mainly honed his body towards speed and agility rather than brute strength. His startling ice blue eyes provide a unique contrast to the color of his fur, and he has grown his headfur into medium-length spikes, leaving it his natural color.
Usually seen walking around in blue jeans, a black tanktop, and black combat boots, he looks more like a punk teenager than most his age. During the cold months, he has been known to wear a black leather jacket, however his wardrobe seems to be limited at best. No matter the weather, his reflective black sunglasses are on his face, hiding his eyes from the world. On his left ear, one can find two silver studs piercing it, one at the middle and one at the tip.
Background: Born and raised in the city of Alkesh, Tobias is quite familiar with the way things stand. Raised by his parents since birth, he knows the way of the slums as good as the next Anthro, and has worked out a nice little living for himself as a blacksmith. He creates custom blades for all who can pay his price, be they Human or Anthro, and owns one of the few shops in Lower Alkesh that humans are seen visiting regularly. Having worked on blades since his childhood, he has become quite adept both at making and using blades of all kinds.
Throughout his youth, he trained hard and diligently to get himself faster than most, mainly because without a blade he was useless. He slowly grew into the man he is today, and is now living in a small apartment in lower Alkesh, with a nice little grouping of toys. He has made no true friends, and his family has all passed on. But now he works hard to make something of himself, regardless of the cost to his well-being.
Personality: Friendly and outgoing, Tobias is the type of person many would call for advice. He is patient and understanding, with a healthy zest for life that seems to lack in many of those confined to Lower Alkesh. But beneath the exterior lies the yearn for something more...something better. He's tired of being trampled by the humans, and secretly he wishes for change, but he is too frightened of the consequences to say so aloud.
Weapons: While Tobias doesn't have any firearms due to the laws, he has an impressive array of swords and blades ranging from a standard hunting knife to claymores. His most often used weapon is a straight-bladed assassin sword with a carbon finish and a black and red hilt.
