How to register as a forum member

At the top right of your screen should be a 'register' tab. Click on this and fill in the registration details.

How to place a picture to represent yourself

Once registered you can change your personal profile. Click on the 'avatar' tab to insert a picture you have saved on your computer or from a website address you know.

How to stop automatic emails in response to your posts

Once registered, click on your 'name' and then 'personal profile'. Click on 'advanced' and then untick the 'alert me when someone replies to my message'...... Otherwise, untick the box at the bottom left corner of each draft before you post the message.

How to ban a nuisance poster on threads you have created

It seems you can do this as a registered user of the forum. Otherwise, the moderators of this forum can also do this.

How to insert an image into your post message

When drafting your message, click on the 'Insert Image' tab at the top left corner. Follow the instructions. Best to already have an image saved in your 'My Pictures' on your computer and then browse to this image.

Can't get the avatar tag for a profile image! - probably just me!

Christine, save the image to your 'My Pictures' folder on your computer. Once you have done this, go back to your NABBLE 'personal profile' and click on the 'avatar' tab. Browse to your 'My Pictures' folder and click on the image you want to include.
