except for the theme selector test. i mean i unterstand the program
flow. python isn't the major problem, elementary is.
a theme selector only requires one line / two lines of code that
actually perform the theme switch. shellscript executing the command for
switching the theme is one line. i wouldn't go that far to say a
retarded monkey can do it, but the tast of swithing to another theme has
nothing to do with programming. i havo no idea how the toolkit works so
i've been runnign into a brick wall for the last 30 minutes...
besides... someone who knows python-elementary can do it in 5 minutes.
* list folders in /usr/share/themes and get their names
* when selecting a theme write
include "/usr/share/themes/<<<folder_name>>>/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"
into /home/root/.gtkrc-2.0
* and we're done
long story short
i think you know as well as i do that the only real task to do is
writing a nice gui. i am not (yet) capable of doing this.
