The road to 1.0: eq::base API definition

All,

We are working towards Equalizer 1.0 as the next major release (Yeah!).

Part of this work is defining the stable, not-so-stable and internal  
parts of the API. I've just finished this work for the eq::base  
namespace.

Anything which is not documented will not be part of the 1.0 eq::base  
API. There is no 'non-so-stable' stuff in eq::base.

Any feedback is welcome.
