Thanks to all of you who have posted here and created a supportive, informational community.  Sorry I have not been around much for the last two weeks.  Between my trip to NJ and my race, I've been pretty out of it.  I'm thrilled to have all of you here helping one another!!!  I'm going to read all the posts now and get caught up.  It's great to be back!

NO MIGRAINE YET!!!  I may have bypassed it this month by doubling my melatonin (3g to 6g) the week of the migraine.
